Meet Our Acupuncturists
If you are like most people when choosing an acupuncturist to help them with their health problems it is hard to know what to look for. In addition you probably have no idea how acupuncturists are trained and what makes one qualified to help you. Our acupuncturists has completed a very rigorous post-graduate masters degree program. His education includes western medicine and science subjects like: biology, anatomy, physiology, pathology, diagnosis, and the pharmacology of western pharmaceutical drugs. In addition he is educated in all facets of Chinese medicine, including pathology, physiology, diagnosis, acupuncture, Chinese herbal pharmacology, dietary therapy, Chinese tuina massage therapy, qigong body-energy work, and has done hundreds of hours of supervised clinical internships both in the school clinic setting and private clinic setting. The reason that we have an education that is so heavy in western medicine and western sciences is because nearly everyone sees a doctor and many people already comes to us with a diagnosis. Thus, we want to be able to work with your doctor and and understand how to successfully integrate with your medications and treatment plans prescribed by them. Our acupuncturist,
