There are many different ways of consuming teas and that can actually have a healing or health building quality.

Weight-loss Tea

This tea has been used for a very long time in China for its ability to help people lose weight. Simply put 2 rounded teaspoons of Oolong tea in 3 cups of water heated to about 90 degrees C. Allow to cool enough to drink. Drink at least 2 times per day.

High Blood Pressure Tea

This tea for many people can help their blood pressure to come down some. Take a 2 inch piece of very ripe banana and mash it into a mug. Add some green tea to taste. Add water heated to between 80-90 degrees C and pour over the mixture. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and then drink. This mixture can be consumed 2-3 times per day.

Perfect Sun Tea

This is a great summer refreshing beverage.

Put 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Black tea into 1 quart of cold water. Add 3 table spoons of cane sugar or agave syrup. Next add a 6" sprig of fresh mint, 3 cups of fresh orange juice and the juice of 1 lemon.
